 IPM Stages of Development

The introduction of Integrated Process Management progresses through stages of development.

  1. Create a Value Strategy. Value Mapping ensures alignment and targets critical processes.

  2. Build the Stability Foundation to create a platform for improvement (applying Visual 5S, Standardized Work and Statistical Control and Response).

  3. Design, teach and implement the integrated Improvement Technologies (a unique synthesis of Six Sigma, TPM and Lean Synchronous technologies) to address the defined business objectives.

  4. Establish ongoing use of Process Management Systems to ensure process predictability is maintained and improvements are sustained.
