A team of two SAI consultants works with your personnel to perform an onsite assessment, examining the business with respect to the key elements in the Integrated Process Management model. At the conclusion of the assessment, we will be able to tell you where we can help you create additional business value potential. We will highlight strengths and weaknesses, and importantly, we will provide very specific recommendations for your leadership team.

Pre-visit self-audit…
Prior to our visit, we will send you a brief self-audit tool. The results of your self-audit will assist you as well as SAI in preparing for the onsite review.

The Assessment Report…
At the conclusion of the assessment, we will provide a report that addresses

• our assessment of the current condition
• our understanding of your target condition
• key areas of opportunity and process “targets”
• initial analysis of the size of the prize
• feedback on the readiness of the organization and
• specific recommendations as to how to proceed, including training needs
